Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in the firm's growth. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, respond promptly to intake leads, and ensure every caller feels heard, supported, and guided. Your day to day work will directly impact client satisfaction and conversion by balancing empathy with a results driven approach. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, understands the importance of urgency, and enjoys contributing to both client experience and operational efficiency. - Compensation Range: $1142 USD - $1220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with internal team members to support client onboarding Conduct initial client intakes with empathy and clarity Respond quickly and professionally to new intake leads Maintain accurate records within the CRM Track and report intake activity during slower call periods Qualify leads using a sales minded approach Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement Manage inbound and outbound calls throughout the workday
