Responsibilities

  • Assess customer account applications and establish or update credit limits.
  • Review customer ledgers regularly, utilizing external AI tools to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate credit risks for leasing and rental proposals.
  • Ensure customer information (existing and new accounts) is properly filed, updated, maintained, and entered into systems on time.

  • Experience Required:
  • Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or financial analysis.
  • Experience working with customer credit applications, ledgers, and exposure monitoring
  • Familiarity with credit holds, credit limit management, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience interacting with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Care, Finance).
  • Experience preparing financial or credit-related reports.
  • Experience participating in process improvement or cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong analytical and risk-assessment skills.
  • Understanding of credit management, customer exposure, and financial indicators.
  • Ability to interpret ledgers, payment performance trends, and credit reports.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer data.
  • Ability to work proactively, identify issues, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple customer accounts.
  • Ability to use or learn AI-driven tools for credit evaluation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and openness to process improvement.
