Job Description Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics: Basic experience as an intern, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain Relevant Degree or Masters: preference will be given to persons with a major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Environmental Engineering. Analytical approach and ability to solve problems in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing a growth mindset, transparency. A strong commitment to an international career in supply chain. Language skills - fluency in English is a requirement; Norwegian, or Dutch is an advantage, but not a necessity. A sense of curiosity and adventure with willingness to work away from home in a different country for extended periods.
