Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts in F&B, hospitality, corporate gifting, and retail/distribution

  • Collect market feedback on quality, formats, and packaging; inform product development and inventory planning
  • Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and partnerships
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver regular reports on account performance and opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in F&B ingredients, specialty beverage, or hospitality supply
  • Strong hunter mindset with consultative selling skills and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Clear communication and presentation skills; comfortable with product demos and negotiations
  • Organized, data-driven, and proficient with CRM tools and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with matcha/tea categories or specialty coffee/tea channels is a plus
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trainings, and events; valid driver's license is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Network within cafés, restaurant groups, hotels, distributors, or corporate gifting
  • Understanding of Japanese tea grades, terroir, and processing
  • Experience selling to manufacturers (R&D, procurement, co-packers) for bulk ingredients
