About the role

Everpure is seeking an L2 Support Engineer to join the Digital Product (DTG) team - a team that powers the data backbone of Everpure's global enterprise. In this role, you will provide application support for the Analytics Platform (Enterprise Data Lake, Snowflake, SnapLogic, Tableau, and enterprise reporting infrastructure) and Master Data Management platforms (Reltio, Boomi, Python). You will investigate and resolve complex incidents, from diagnosis and root cause analysis through resolution, in partnership with L3 engineering, DevOps, and data teams. You bring a data-focused mindset and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear, effective communication for both technical and business audiences. If you enjoy solving complex problems and want your work to have a direct impact on business outcomes, this role offers an opportunity to contribute across critical enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of escalated incidents from L1, leading technical investigation and driving resolution end-to-end within defined SLAs - without handing off accountability.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated incidents across analytics, integration, and master data management platforms, collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to restore service and maintain operational commitments.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across Snowflake data pipelines, SnapLogic integrations, Reltio MDM processes, Boomi workflows, and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for significant incidents and contribute to preventive measures, operational improvements, and documentation updates that reduce recurring issues.
  • Monitor platform health using observability and alerting tools, identify potential issues, and take action to minimize service disruption and business impact.
  • Support change, release, and major incident management activities, helping maintain platform stability and providing clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Assess data quality and platform issues across MDM, analytics, and reporting environments to determine impact and support timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement across the platform.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, or business-critical production systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues across applications, integrations, and data pipelines, using SQL and data analysis techniques to identify root causes.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and integration technologies such as Boomi , SnapLogic , or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and incident management tools such as Datadog , PagerDuty, ServiceNow , Jira , or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Python or similar scripting languages to support troubleshooting, automation, or operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and services, particularly within AWS environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting MDM platforms , particularly Reltio , including data quality rules, entity resolution, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau (Cloud) for support of enterprise reporting - including troubleshooting data source connections, extracts, and access issues.
  • AI-based solutions, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, or related technologies.
  • CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps tooling, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday.
  • Supporting large-scale SaaS or enterprise production environments.
