Job Description: This role primarily focuses on supporting financial, management and group reporting for Sun Life's Asia Asset Management ("AAM") business. The main responsibilities include the following: Support finance operations and the financial close process for Sun Life Investment Management Asia Limited ("SLIMA") as a separate legal entity and Regional Office AAM ("RO AAM") cost centers, including expense tracking and approvals tracking, journal entry creation and posting and payment processing. Support intercompany invoicing and settlement monitoring, and review vendor payment requests, supporting documents and approval evidence for ROHK AAM and SLIMA to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and other Sun Life business units. Prepare SLIMA's Group financial reporting submissions on monthly, quarterly and annual basis Execute the relevant internal control activities (e.g. prepare account substantiation work and validate disbursement requests) Liaise with external auditors or tax advisors for the annual audit and tax filings. Support ad hoc management reporting and development of new initiatives Coordinate with Regional Office Finance and other relevant functions to deliver the aforementioned objectives Report to Director, Finance, Asia Asset Management
