Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to apply program management methods and techniques, and the ability to coordinate and advise on prevention programs, principles, practices, policies, laws, regulations, and methodologies. Ability to apply professional verbal communication methods and techniques to collaborate with external and internal personnel and leadership at various levels. Practical knowledge of training/instructional, and professional communication, verbal and written, methods and techniques to train/educate various audiences on the prevention program. Ability to apply program management processes to identify program needs, trends, and performance; evaluate program effectiveness; and recommend process improvements.
