Responsibilities
- Perform general servicing of split, multi-split, and cassette aircon units for residential and light commercial settings
- Conduct chemical washes, chemical overhauls, and condenser cleaning to maintain system efficiency
- Execute new system installations including piping and trunking for System 1, 2, 3 and above
- Perform gas top-ups and conduct leak checks to ensure system safety and functionality
- Service and maintain ducted and FCU units for corporate clients according to contract requirements
- Complete scheduled service contracts including quarterly and annual maintenance visits
- Liaise professionally with customers on-site and document job details accurately for records
- Assist with parts sourcing and manage stock levels when required to support maintenance operations
- Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Physical fitness to perform ladder work, carry equipment, and operate in confined spaces safely
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Class 3 driving licence to facilitate transport to job sites (company transport provided)
- Basic troubleshooting and minor repair skills for compressor and PCB faults to support maintenance
