Key Areas of Responsibilities Monitoring production environment and act on production incidents Work on Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management. Manage weekend events like software releases, BCP testing, etc. Status reporting on Health Checks, Changes, Incidents, Capacity and Performance. Documentation of Application Knowledgebase, Process. Make monitoring tool changes aligned with changing requirements or gaps observed/reported. Proactively highlight risk any risks observed and suggest ways to mitigate impact. Execution of end of day batch processes, monitor and escalate issues to the point of contact. Continuous Improvement Focus and Tooling to improve efficiency Coordinate with primary stakeholders regarding strategic release management planning activities, including socialization and associated communications.
