Equities Sales Trading Graduate Analyst

About the role

Position Purpose Successful candidates will execute client orders across cash and swap equities flow, delivering accurate, timely trade entry while maintaining compliance with limits and regulations. Daily duties include providing price quotes and market commentary, monitoring news and economic releases, preparing concise market snapshots, and performing pre- and post-trade checks. You will work side-by-side with senior traders, sales people and operations teams, contributing ideas in desk meetings and supporting seamless trade flow. Ongoing learning is core to the role. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Seeking recent graduates with strong analytical skills, a genuine interest in financial markets and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication-both verbal and written-is essential, as is the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-moving market conditions. The candidate should possess a collaborative, team-oriented attitude, resilience, entrepreneurial and a commitment to continuous learning complete the profile.
