E3D Designer

Responsibilities

• Designing safe, efficient, and maintainable piping systems & plant layouts ⚙️
• Creating robust pipe support designs 🛠️
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, specifications, and instructions 📋
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise overall plant design 🤝
• Producing detailed engineering deliverables including:
• Isometrics 📐
• General Arrangements (GAs) 🗂️
• Support Details 🔩
• Reviewing and checking other designers' deliverables to maintain quality and consistency 👀✔️
• 🎯 An experienced PDMS/E3D Designer with strong expertise in:
• Piping design 🛠️
• Generating automated isometric drawings directly from 3D models 📐💻
• 🏭 Proven experience delivering piping design within a highly regulated industry
• 📚 Strong knowledge of:
• UK Statutory Regulations 🇬🇧
• Industry codes, guides, and engineering standards relevant to the discipline ✔️
• Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
