Responsibilities

  • Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to team goals and support resources
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and local business outreach
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment solutions into clear business value
  • Alignment with Xplor's values and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and partners
  • 2+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Experience in merchant services, payment processing, SaaS, financial technology, or another consultative sales environment
  • Experience managing a territory, building a book of business, or growing recurring revenue
  • Location : This is a fully remote, field-based role in the United States. Candidates must have eligible working rights and be able to travel within their assigned team region to meet with local businesses.

In this field-based Account Executive role, you will partner with local businesses to understand their payment needs, introduce secure and transparent payment solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.
