Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design qualification activities to ensure the quality and reliability of new hardware products during development
- Manage reliability assessment programmes for products in mass production.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience supporting Intel-based desktop, notebook, tablet, and computer peripheral products within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with environmental and reliability testing standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related quality processes.
- Knowledge of system reliability, failure mechanisms, life data analysis, and quantitative accelerated life testing techniques.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in Data analytics, Statistical & Reliability tools would be added advantage
- Some Experience working in Linux, Windows, or PC-based environments, with proficiency in office productivity and automation tools considered an advantage.
- Team player with good analytical and judgement skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PPT & Power BI) would be added advantage
- Occasional travel to 3rd party test labs for setup and support
