About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced SAP Transaction Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The SAP Transaction Analyst role lies within the European Supply Chain Hub, as part of the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) Central FP&A team. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the SAP Transactions Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to keep SAP data, product costing and factory finance reporting accurate and reliable for our Supply Chain and Finance teams. You're constantly looking for improvement opportunities within the European Supply Chain Hub. In brief, you are responsible for: Own SAP material master data processes across the product lifecycle, with strong controls to keep data accurate and reliable. Execute and coordinate SAP product costing, including annual planning costing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Support Manufacturing Finance and Central Finance during month-end close, including inventory valuation and factory finance reporting. Monitor SAP master data quality, investigate issues and coordinate timely corrections with internal teams and external partners. Ensure SAP data is complete and reliable for ad hoc analysis, Power BI/Snowflake reporting and clear guidance on data availability and quality. Improve ways of working, documentation and controls. Success is measured through data accuracy, timely execution, control compliance, issue resolution and stakeholder satisfaction. This role has no direct reports.

Requirements

  • Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Data & Analytics or related.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FMCG, SAP master data or product costing.
  • Experience in, or strong interest in, SAP master data, product costing and operational finance.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; second European language appreciated.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Data modelling, analytics, Power BI or Snowflake knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex data and processes clearly.
