• You will play a crucial role in providing support in the following areas:
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle database systems to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
• Design and implement database schemas, monitor database health, and perform routine backups and recovery operations to safeguard mission-critical data.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues, manage user access and permissions, and optimize queries to enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while staying current on updates, patches, and advancements in Oracle technologies.
• WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Technical training (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI and may be required to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI)-scope polygraph
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation certified within 9 months of start; Cloud+, Security+, SSCP or GSEC within 6 months of start.
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE
• Oracle database administration (installation, configuration, tuning)
• Required Experience with: Data Guard, RAC, Multitenant, ASM, OEM
• SQL and PL/SQL proficiency
• Performance monitoring and optimization
• Backup, recovery, and disaster ‑ recovery planning
• Schema design and data modeling
• Troubleshooting and root ‑ cause analysis
• Security management, access control, and compliance
• Patch management and staying current with Oracle updates
• Understanding of high ‑ availability architectures
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Desired experience: OUD, Ansible

• The likely salary range for this position is $129,813 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
