About the role

As a Lead Business Operations Analyst you will: Support workforce governance, including request intake, input validation, and coordination through completion. Capture and distribute decisions and action items from leadership and governance meetings; clarify ownership, due dates, and follow-up through commitment tracking. Drive process improvement and automation opportunities, including AI-enabled approaches, across recurring operational workflows. Coordinate end-to-end planning cadence activities, including kick-offs, submission tracking, review packs, and post-cycle debriefs. Build and maintain leadership materials across priorities, initiatives, OKRs, and operational updates. Draft executive-ready communications, leadership briefings, and stakeholder updates. Improve workflows to increase clarity, speed, and data quality. Support team capability-building through AI-assisted workflows, templates, and self-service reporting. About You : You're a fit for the role of Lead Business Operations Analyst if your background includes: 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or governance within a large, matrixed technology or enterprise organisation Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce concise, executive-ready narratives, tables, and visuals Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI; PowerApps or workflow automation experience is a plus Strong data literacy and sound judgement Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across teams and timelines Preferred Experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Chief of Staff roles Experience preparing governance materials for senior technology leaders Core Competencies Structured thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and sound judgement Ownership and accountability Stakeholder management and collaborative influence Facilitation and communication skills #LI-KK1 What's in it For You? For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 178,500 PLN - 331,500 PLN.
