Your new role In this important role, you will: Manage an end-to-end portfolio of commercial property claims, with support from highly experienced leaders Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication across verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions Build strong, trusted relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers, and internal partners Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days look the same Help drive continuous improvement across the broader claims function by applying your expertise and insights About You To succeed and grow in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated commercial property claims experience ISR (Industrial Special Risks) experience advantageous but not compulsory A calm and resilient approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations with clarity and empathy Solid computer skills, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to prioritise effectively A proactive, self ‑ motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change
