Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client's Health and Adult Social Services (HASS) at Cranbrook and Loxford, based in Redbridge. This dynamic, multi-disciplinary service delivers integrated community health and adult social care. You will manage approximately four cases per week, ranging from standard to complex OT needs.
What will your responsibilities be?
Assess and recommend major adaptations and complex equipment, including sketches, specifications, and manual handling plans.
Undertake holistic, person-centred assessments, support planning, and reviews across a range of health conditions.
Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team, contributing to duty and triage.
Apply knowledge of Care Act and housing legislation to support safe, independent living.
Manage and progress complex cases autonomously, prioritising effectively and ensuring safe practice.
