BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE This role is for someone who is highly organised, trustworthy, detail focused, and comfortable managing day to day business finances and financial administration. The role involves helping manage and track the financial side of the business, making sure records, payments, and reporting are organised properly and kept up to date. The role can involve things such as: - Weekly bookkeeping and financial tracking - Checking shop takings and till counts - Tracking barber percentages and business percentages - Calculating and organising staff payments - Paying invoices and keeping payment records organised - Managing spreadsheets and financial systems - Keeping financial records accurate and updated - Liaising with accountants and helping provide information they need - Helping monitor incoming and outgoing business finances - Assisting with financial organisation and day to day operations The ideal person is: - Very organised and detail focused - Trustworthy and discreet - Comfortable with numbers and financial tracking - Experienced with bookkeeping or finance admin - Computer literate and confident using spreadsheets and systems - Proactive and able to stay on top of tasks - Good at communication and organisation - Someone who likes structure and accuracy This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, systems, bookkeeping, finance administration, and helping businesses stay organised financially.
