M&E Coordinator (A1 Main Contractor)

About the role

Our client is an Singapore company in the Construction industry . Due to their current expansion new Projects , they are looking for M&E Coordinator to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West Region - easily accessible via various modes of transport. Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee the execution of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from commencement through completion. Coordinate and guide project teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery. Monitor on-site activities, project schedules, documentation, resource planning, and coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all project submissions, approvals, and documentation are completed in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the management. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience managing or supervising M&E works within the construction or building industry in Singapore. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
