In this role, you will operate CDL or box trucks while working alongside advanced vehicle technology that powers Gatik's middle-mile logistics network. We're looking for experienced, safety-focused drivers who are comfortable with new technology and excited to be part of the next generation of freight transportation. Position Details ● 12-hour shifts ● Full-time hours available ● AM and PM shifts available ● Two weeks paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation operations
• Perform shunting duties as required
• Support the Transportation Superviso r with daily operational tasks
• Complete administrative and reporting duties
• Plan routes, schedules, and operational coverage
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules
• Monitor driver and equipment availability
• Ensure smooth communication between drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Valid DZ driver's licence required
• Previous experience in transportation dispatching and/or coordinating operations
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to support team operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
