The Role in a Nutshell: The Group Head of Growth is the most strategically critical hire MOVE [REPEAT] will make in the 2026-2027 period. This is not an execution role - it is an architecture role. The person in this position will define the growth strategy across all three of our brands, build the commercial frameworks that make regional expansion possible, and then go and find, qualify, and secure the partners and opportunities that will take MOVE [REPEAT] from a Singapore-headquartered operator to a genuine APAC movement platform. Working directly with the CEO and in close partnership with each brand's General Manager, the Head of Growth will lead the group's expansion across three distinct mandates: REVL - Support and drive REVL's growth across Asia, identifying and developing strategic partnerships and in-market opportunities through appropriate commercial structures. Yoga Movement - Advise on the right growth model for YM (franchising or territory development) and go find and close the right opportunities in target markets. Pilates - Identify a right-sized Pilates brand or business suitable for acquisition, to be developed and scaled across Asia and Australia. Across all three mandates, the Head of Growth will work closely with each brand's General Manager to assess the feasibility of growth markets at both a market level and a unit economics level. This role carries a clear expectation: the person hired will both define the strategy and deliver the outcomes. We are not looking for a consultant. We are looking for a builder.
