Your Role: The AI-Driven Sales Conversion Operations Specialist will join the Content Commerce & Conversion Center as a hands-on individual contributor focused on three core responsibilities: (1) designing and tracking the day-to-day sales conversion workflows that move users from content and traffic into qualified leads, pre-orders, and sales handoffs; (2) running the conversion-oriented account operations across short-video, livestream, DM, private-domain, and email channels; and (3) embedding AI-driven marketing capabilities into every layer of the funnel so that AI becomes a quantifiable marketing ROI engine, not just an automation utility. The defining positioning of this role is to reframe AI inside our sales conversion system - from "a tool we operate" to "the core engine that creates marketing value." AI is not here just to make us faster; it is here to do what human-only marketing cannot: 1:1 personalization at million-user scale, 5-second first response, 24/7 always-on coverage across global time zones, predictive intent capture, AI-search-era discoverability, content velocity from weekly to daily, and structural CAC reduction.
