Regulatory Compliance Manager (AI Project)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements with Regulatory Compliance teams.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases, executing testing, and documenting results.
• Assist business users with process changes during AI solution implementation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and key artefacts.
• Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risks, escalating issues where necessary.
• Support post-implementation activities, including data preparation and migration exercises.
• Assist with project-related and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance risks are identified, managed, and escalated appropriately.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and AI trends to support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, Big 4 accounting firms, or a combination of both.
• Experience in project management, including UAT, system implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and project tracking.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to AI-related projects or initiatives will be an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
