Ihre Aufgaben As Post-Sales Technical Engineer, you will ensure customers achieve successful technical outcomes after purchase. Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, you will translate sold architectures into production-ready deployments, manage implementation activities, support customer administrators, resolve technical issues and help customers realize long-term value. - Lead customer onboarding, implementation and deployment activities - Install, configure and validate the solution in customer environments, including integrations, configurations and performance requirements - Translate sold architectures and technical designs into production-ready solutions - Identify, document and mitigate technical risks early in the customer lifecycle - Advise customers on architecture, integrations, technical requirements and best practices - Analyze IT and security environments with a focus on Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, GPO, SQL Server and security infrastructure - Act as technical escalation point for complex customer issues during and after implementation - Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with Engineering, Support and Product and Account Teams - Drive adoption and optimization of core and advanced product capabilities - Support technical customer pre-sales discussions, product demos, renewals and expansions where required - Represent customer feedback internally and contribute to documentation, best practices and enablement materials Ihr Profil - Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering, IT or a related field - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as post-sales engineering, technical support, solutions architecture, professional services or IT implementation - Strong Microsoft infrastructure expertise, especially Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, GPO, Windows Server and SQL Serves - Solid understanding of cybersecurity, system architecture, APIs, integrations, networking and data flows - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP and/or distributed systems - Cybersecurity exposure, ideally in ransomware resilience, incident response, endpoint/server security or infrastructure security - Ability to guide enterprise or mid-market customers through implementation, adoption, support or technical success - Clear communication style, hands-on mentality and strong ownership in customer-critical situations - Fluent German and English skills Ihre Vorteile - Attractive compensation package and remote-first flexibility - Healthcare options including dental and vision, depending on location - Career growth, technical development and leadership opportunities - Key role in a highly relevant cybersecurity growth market - Strong product proximity and visible impact
