As Senior Counsel for Uline's Canadian operations, you'll serve as a key advisor to leadership and provide guidance to support complex legal matters. Partner with teams to align legal strategy with business objectives and support the success of our growing North American company! Careers Packed with Potential. Position Responsibilities Support Canada operations and legal matters, partnering with leadership to ensure business goals align with laws and regulations. Collaborate with U.S. teams to assess commercial transactions and ensure alignment on legal strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Proactively identify legal and regulatory risks and escalate issues as needed. Conduct legal research, prepare documents and offer guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues. Partner with management and HR to evaluate, develop and implement employment practices, policies and compliance programs. Minimum Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or equivalent. 5+ years of legal experience with a large company or law firm. Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills. Experience with a company headquartered in the US a plus.
