- We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:
- Option 1: BCBA Track
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Option 2: Licensing Track
- Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other qualifying California licensure ( must be independent license)
- Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- General Requirements (all candidates):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
