Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:
  • Option 1: BCBA Track
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
  • Option 2: Licensing Track
  • Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other qualifying California licensure ( must be independent license)
  • Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
  • General Requirements (all candidates):
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards
  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
