About the role

As a Business Analyst Intern, you'll work alongside a Senior Business Analyst in the IT Business Engagement team. You'll learn how technology and processes support the business by helping capture business needs, document processes, and communicate clearly between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support a Senior Business Analyst to plan and run workshops or interviews, take notes, and follow up on actions.
  • Document current ways of working, including simple process maps, user journeys, and existing pain points.
  • Help define, update, and manage requirements, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, or requirement lists.
  • Assist with analysis to understand impacts, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Support delivery activities such as backlog refinement, and preparing for user acceptance testing.
