About the role

As a Hunter / Account Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and development of new large accounts (Enterprise / Upper Midmarket) in the target industries: Manufacturing. You act as a strategic partner at C-level, develop acquisition strategies, and position Mitel as a leading provider of Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Independent identification, approach, and acquisition of new enterprise customers
  • Development of individual sales strategies and creation of suitable business cases
  • Consultative sales approach, understanding customer needs and convincingly communicating the added value of Mitel solutions
  • Building and maintaining a network at decision-maker level (C-Level, IT Management, Procurement)
  • Responsibility for the sales pipeline - from lead generation through qualification to closing
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets (revenue, pipeline, win rates)
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Channel Partners
  • Participation in trade fairs, industry events, and networking activities
  • Coordination with international colleagues within the DACH region

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in the IT/telecommunications environment
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and a hunter mentality
  • Experience working with decision-makers at C-level
  • Understanding of IT, cloud, and communication solutions (Hybrid solutions, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, MS Teams integration)
  • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • High self-motivation, goal orientation, and willingness to travel
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
