You will maintain detailed operation sheet packages within a digital Manufacturing Execution System to facilitate the assembly process for electrical and mechanical parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies for defense products. Your Challenge: - Migrate Work Instructions to a digital Manufacturing Execution System for manufacturing operators to assemble and wire equipment - Facilitate processes for tracking production tooling and material - Support Manufacturing Engineering with Lean process improvements and projects - Attend weekly status meetings and present project status updates Your Expertise: - Currently obtaining an Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering - Experience using CAD or 3D Modeling software - MS Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint - Knowledge of electronic and mechanical assembly principles Your Competencies: - Action oriented and independent worker - Communicates effectively - Collaborates well with multiple departments
