Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign intake and calendar management of solicitations
  • Assist with development, review, and editing of solicitation materials
  • Assist with pulling data to develop targeted audience lists and evaluate campaign ROI

Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis and report generation
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phone
  • Ability to problem solve, develop & implement processes
  • Ability to develop test data, test plans, test cases and validate results
  • Ability to develop and document complex workflows
  • Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics is desired
  • Prior use of Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to the ASU Foundation, its affiliates, and university business and confidential prospect information
  • Relevant qualifications
  • A current undergraduate or graduate student at Arizona State University

Student Campaign & Data Support Specialist The Sun Devil Giving department of the ASU Foundation for A New American University is a team of dedicated students and staff with a passion to communicate the impact the foundation is having on the advancement of ASU and raise donations to support scholarships, student clubs and organizations, faculty programs, research, athletics, and much more. We reach donors through multiple communication channels, including social, email, mobile, web, phone and mail. The Campaign & Data Support Specialist will focus on managing various areas of campaign development and generating insights concerning audience engagement and channel effectiveness.
