- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,000.00 - $173,400.00 per year.

As a Sr. Technical Enablement Engineer, you will provide pre-sales consultation, training, demonstration, and education to partner s to help them build and/or enhance their practice. You will lead our enablement efforts across our Cisco portfolio. This is achieved by helping partners grow their business through new and emerging vendors, products, and services (i.e. solutions) ultimately accelerating their success with Ingram Micro. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with partners and vendors by working openly and collaboratively to understand and plan for business needs. This role focuses on educating partners about leading IT solutions in a way that helps them build strong practices in key areas. It's about raising the reseller's technical know-how so they're better equipped to win business with relevant, well-aligned solutions. Success also depends on understanding how the partner's sales organization operates and engaging the right stakeholders to drive meaningful collaboration.
