Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join Hertfordshire's Family Safeguarding Team. As a Social Worker in this innovative, multi-disciplinary team, you'll deliver strengths-based interventions that keep families together and children safe. About You - Social Work England registered - 3 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE - Experienced in safeguarding and child protection - A confident communicator and team collaborator - Passionate about supporting families and achieving sustainable change - Committed to best practice and continuous development - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - Confident communicator with sound professional judgment and analytical skills - Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, thresholds, and multi-agency working
