In connection with the expansion of the Montevideo Regional Office and the strong business growth in Latin America, Trafigura is looking for a Vegoil Operator based in Montevideo, Uruguay . Main Purpose We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and ambitious Vegoil Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of the vegetable oil market with a strong command of established market practices, relevant trade rules and regulations, and solid contract knowledge. This role will involve supporting the trading team in executing physical and paper trades, and is essential to Vegoils operations in the Americas. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in vegetable oil execution. Strong knowledge of FOSFA/ANEC contracts, Incoterms, and LC terms. Proficiency in trade capture and operations management systems. Experience with the Covantis platform is an advantage. Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong communication skills.
