Associate Art Lead - Titleist

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of design or art direction experience preferred; in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of directly related professional experience with a strong portfolio is required.
• Proven proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio required demonstrating both conceptual thinking and production execution, including digital advertising and/or paid media work.
• Strong visual aesthetic with the ability to ideate, conduct creative discovery, and contribute to concept development.
• Familiarity with campaign workflows, asset management, and partnering with internal teams and external agencies.
• Experience using file‑sharing tools such as SharePoint and Box; comfort working in a Mac environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including comfort designing presentations in PowerPoint.

• Pay Range: $69,317.00-$86,567.00
