Job Description: Bank Relationship Management Developing & maintaining relationships with the banking partners (CMB/BOA), including leading regular bank meetings, annual bank evaluation and KYC process. Actively join bank seminar/conference to get up-to-date knowledge and market information/practice, as well as share back to associates of BUs. Account Management Be responsible for the announcement and governance of Bank Account/E-Account Management Policy/SOP. Implement account opening, account closing and maintenance with the banks (CMB/BOA) and e-platforms (RC). Work with the banks (CMB/BOA)/e-commerce team to support SFO/BU to solve account or transaction related issues. Financing Activities Develop and maintain annual credit line review with the banking partners (CMB/BOA). Support new investment (incl. capitalization) and organizational restructure (e.g., CHC set up) from funding and cashflow perspective.
