Responsibilities
- End-to-End HR Operations:
- Payroll & Commission Administration: Manage and process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring seamless computation of basic salaries, overtime, multi-tiered staff commissions, and timely employer/employee CPF contributions.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for both corporate and outlet positions, from crafting compelling job ads to interviewing, preparing Letters of Appointment, and managing staff orientation.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain and audit digital employee files, accurately tracking staff attendance log forms, leave entitlements, and strict compliance with our internal company policy caps.
- Government Claims & Tax Compliance: Handle government-paid leave claims (e.g., Maternity, Paternity, Childcare Leave), prepare annual tax submissions (IR8A), and manage foreign worker tax clearance processes (IR21) if required.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for staff inquiries regarding employment terms, leave allocations, and workplace guidelines, maintaining strong team relations.
- Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive, ideally within the retail, beauty, wellness, or consumer-facing industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act , Central Provident Fund (CPF) regulations, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
- Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with automated HRMS portals and digital clock-in tools.
- Traits: Meticulous with data, self-motivated to work independently, and possesses excellent conflict-resolution and communication skills to bridge management and frontline staff.
