About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy Department at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management for patients within allocated clinical areas.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, ward rounds and discharge planning.
- Represent physiotherapy perspectives at relevant patient, team and departmental meetings.
- Maintain effective communication and comprehensive clinical handovers.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Support a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
- Your Contribution
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Experience and knowledge of physiotherapy management within a healthcare setting.
- Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
