Diese Position eignet sich ideal für Berufseinsteiger oder Kandidaten, die ihre Erfahrungen im Bereich Events, Operations, Motorsport oder Kundenservice weiterentwickeln möchten. Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Rennveranstaltungen Betreuung von Teilnehmern und Unterstützung beim Check-in Unterstützung der Abläufe im Fahrerlager und bei Fahreraktivitäten Mithilfe bei Veranstaltungsaufbau, Logistik und Administration Unterstützung bei Content-Erstellung und Social-Media-Aktivitäten Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenerlebnisses Das bringst Du mit Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent Motivation und Lernbereitschaft Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln Teamfähigkeit Reisebereitschaft sowie Verfügbarkeit an Wochenenden Wünschenswert Erfahrung im Kundenservice, in der Gastronomie, im Eventbereich, Einzelhandel oder Sportumfeld Interesse an Motorsport oder Kartsport Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Plattformen Das bieten wir Umfassende Einarbeitung und Unterstützung Entwicklungs- und Karrieremöglichkeiten Ein spannendes Umfeld im Motorsport Mitarbeit in einem engagierten und wachsenden Team Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement ist nicht erforderlich.
