ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Operate CNC and manual lathes, milling machines, grinders, and general tool room equipment with minimal supervision. Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure they meet engineering specifications. Set up, test, and run tools and dies to produce products to specification. Troubleshoot and repair machinery, die sets, and tools independently. Read and interpret blueprints, written instructions, and part designs to carry out tasks. Assist with sheet metal fabrication and other related manufacturing processes. Comply with all safety rules and wear PPE as required. Collaborate with team members while also managing individual tasks and responsibilities. Proficient with CAD and CAM software and basic computer functions.
