Senior Interior Designer (Workplace Office)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept development to final presentation, ensuring high-quality outputs and creative solutions.
• Produce high-standard concept work using hand sketches, digital, and traditional media, while mentoring junior team members on projects.
• Proactively contribute to business development, including pitches, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Create and review drawing packages for schematic and detailed design stages.
• Attend client meetings independently or with a project leader, contributing to or leading client presentations.
• Source reference materials and conduct research to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, clients, and their competitors.
• Conduct site visits independently, addressing any issues that arise.
• Participate in site measurements, layout planning, and material selection.
• Requirement:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
• Dedicated and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to work rapidly under pressure with attention to detail.
