Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and skill development. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with modern web frameworks and RESTful API design and development. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
