IR戦略の策定および実行 ・投資家コミュニティにおける当社の認知度および評価向上を目的とした、包括的なインベスター・リレーションズ（IR）戦略を企画・立案し、その実行を主導する。 ・経営陣と緊密に連携し、IR戦略および各種施策が当社の中長期的な経営戦略・事業戦略と整合するよう統括・推進する。 ・財務情報、事業戦略、成長ストーリーを踏まえたIRメッセージングの全体設計を行い、開示および対話の一貫性を担保する。 2. マーケットインテリジェンスおよび経営へのフィードバック ・資本市場の動向、投資家の関心事項、評価軸、投資スタイルの変化を継続的に把握・分析する。 ・競合他社のIR活動、開示内容、アナリストレポート、株価動向および株主構成の変化等を分析し、当社の市場でのポジショニングを整理する。 ・投資家およびアナリストとの対話を通じて得られたインサイトを体系的に整理し、経営陣および関連部門へ適時にフィードバックする。 ・これらの分析結果を踏まえ、株式価値向上およびIR戦略高度化に向けた示唆・提言を行う。 3. 投資家・アナリストとのコミュニケーションおよびリレーションシップ・マネジメント ・国内外の機関投資家およびセルサイド・バイサイドアナリストに対する主要な窓口として、戦略的かつ継続的なコミュニケーションを担う。 ・当社の財務実績、経営戦略、成長戦略および中長期的な価値創造について、明確で一貫性があり、説得力のある説明を行う。 ・投資家ミーティング、ロードショー、カンファレンス等の企画・運営および参加を通じて、当社のビジョンおよび業績を適切に発信する。 ・プレスリリース、決算説明資料、プレゼンテーション資料、統合報告書・年次報告書等の投資家向け資料について、企画・作成・レビューおよび発信プロセスを統括する。 ・FP&A／経理部門等の関係部署と連携し、正確性および適時性を担保した情報開示および対外説明を行う。 (Eng) 1. IR Strategy Development and Execution Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive investor relations (IR) strategy aimed at enhancing the Company's visibility and reputation within the investor community. Work closely with senior management to ensure that IR strategies and initiatives are fully aligned with the Company's mid- to long-term corporate and business strategies. Design and oversee a consistent and coherent IR messaging framework that integrates financial performance, business strategy, and the Company's growth narrative, ensuring alignment across disclosures and investor communications. 2. Market Intelligence and Management Feedback Continuously monitor and analyze capital market trends, investor interests, valuation methodologies, and shifts in investment styles. Analyze peer and competitor IR activities, disclosure practices, analyst reports, share price performance, and shareholder composition to assess the Company's positioning in the capital markets. Systematically capture and structure insights obtained through dialogue with investors and analysts, and provide timely and actionable feedback to senior management and relevant internal stakeholders. Based on these analyses, deliver insights and recommendations to enhance IR strategy and support sustainable improvement in the Company's equity value. 3. Investor and Analyst Communication and Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic and international institutional investors as well as sell-side and buy-side analysts, managing strategic and ongoing communications. Clearly and consistently communicate the Company's financial performance, management strategy, growth strategy, and long-term value creation story to the investment community. Plan, organize, and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to effectively convey the Company's vision, strategy, and performance. Oversee the planning, preparation, review, and dissemination of investor-related materials, including press releases, earnings presentations, presentation materials, integrated reports, and annual reports. Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, and other relevant internal teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of disclosures and external communications. ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。 【必須要件（MUST）】 実務レベルの英語力 ・英文メールの作成、海外投資家との口頭での質疑応答、各種開示資料・レポートの読み込みを含む、業務遂行に必要な英語力を有していること Microsoft Officeを用いた資料作成・分析能力 ・PowerPointにおいて、論理的かつ一貫性のあるストーリーテリングを伴う資料を作成できること ・Excelを用いた財務分析が可能であること（Pivotテーブル、INDEX／MATCH関数等の利用経験を含む） 情報分析・要約力 ・和文・英文のアナリストレポート、海外競合の開示資料、決算関連資料等から、AIツール等も活用しながら要点を抽出し、経営陣向けに簡潔かつ分かりやすく報告できる能力 (Eng) Possesses a practical level of English proficiency sufficient for business execution, including the ability to draft English emails, handle verbal Q&A with overseas investors, and read and interpret English materials.
