Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale integrated campaigns by coordinating creative, technical, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic advice and acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Translate client briefs into detailed scopes, project plans, schedules, workflows, and delivery strategies to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Manage project budgets, statements of work, invoicing, reconciliations, forecasting, and commercial reporting to maintain financial control.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple campaigns, ensuring optimal team and tool deployment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot challenges, and serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage external partners to secure high-quality deliverables and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Technical, Film, and Account teams to produce seamless event experiences.
• Identify opportunities for organic business growth, innovation, and expanded client partnerships; contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals.
• Mentor and develop Associate Producers, Project Managers, and Producers to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Report project progress, financial status, and risks to senior leadership with clear and timely updates.
• Ensure every event experience excites, educates, surprises, and delights clients through meticulous quality control.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities and perform other assigned duties as needed to support operational flexibility.
• Required competencies and certifications
• Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale, complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing large budgets, statements of work, reconciliations, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Associate Producers, or Producers.
• Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with G Suite and event management systems.
• 5+ years' experience producing live events, brand experiences, or integrated campaigns within an agency or production environment.
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Degree or diploma in a related discipline.
