Sr. Principal Product Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
• Lead the DfX / DfM and Product integration functions for the AME team
• Collaborate with process and design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
• Oversee equipment build and test processes, including POC's and other experiments to ensure new equipment meets all targeted specifications
• Ensure process capability throughout development and implementation.
• Collaborate with remote engineering teams and suppliers.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in applied science or related or related engineering field.
• 10+ years or equivalent of experience in equipment and process development, and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
• Proven experience in leading equipment development projects.
• Experience with equipment suppliers management and process stabilization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10-20%.
• Experience in high-volume thin ceramics, solar, and battery manufacturing is a plus

This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr . Principal Product Integration Engineer to d rive, DfX / DFM / NPI readiness and materials / process development for current and future products, ensuring smooth product to equipment integration and scalable manufacturing. This role requires a proven track record in equipment and process development, and integration within R&D and manufacturing environments.
