REQ14614 Officer, Accounts Receivable (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The Officer, Accounts Receivable is responsible for assisting the supervisor to ensure that the credit card and city ledger transactions are correctly entered into system. He / She assists in overseeing if the receivable processes are functioning within the Accounts Receivable team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists Manager and Supervisor to train and monitor Assistants, Accounts Receivable. Prepares the mall tenants invoices and book the related entries in the system. Prepares the inter-companies accounts invoices and book the related entries in the system. Ensures all sales of coupons sold by the Sales team are properly recorded and payment received. Reviews all credit card transactions related to Hotel, F&B and other non-gaming related operations to ensure correct journals are booked into system timely. Assists Supervisor to reconcile the AR account and other balance sheet A/C. Assists Supervisor to review monthly city ledger invoices before send out to the customers. Follow up with customers to ensure payment is promptly made. Attend to customer enquiries. Assists Manager and Supervisor for any ad hoc reporting.
