Requirements

The Continuous improvement Specialist supports and leads continuous improvement initiatives across both manufacturing and transactional environments, reporting to the CI Manager. The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results. Principal Responsibilities: Support the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment across site functions and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals, metrics, and results. Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‑solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes. Promote and implement standard work practices to simplify processes, ensure consistency, and improve the quality of outputs. Identify improvement opportunities and manage CI projects, developing business cases, tracking project outcomes, and ensuring delivery of operational and financial benefits. Train and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools, supporting the spread of the CI culture and guiding colleagues through Continuous Improvement and certification paths.
