About the role
We are looking for a driven Enterprise Partnerships Manager to spearhead corporate deal-making across our portfolio of accredited training programmes. You will own the full business development cycle - from identifying high-value prospects to signing enterprise agreements - with a focus on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) companies that can benefit from our IBF-accredited curriculum.
Responsibilities

- End-to-end deal closing - Lead discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations to bring enterprise training contracts to signature.
- Relationship building - Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with C-suite, HR leaders, and L&D heads within corporate accounts.
- Revenue growth - Meet and exceed quarterly B2B revenue targets across higher education, corporate training, and vocational segments.
- Market intelligence - Track workforce development trends, MAS/IBF directives, and competitor positioning to sharpen outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in training, edtech, or financial services
- Familiarity with the IBF Standards Framework and Singapore's financial training ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong network within Singapore's BFSI sector - existing relationships with HR, L&D, or compliance functions is a plus
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills - comfortable presenting to senior executives
- Self-starter mindset - able to independently drive outreach, manage a CRM, and report on pipeline health
