Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. What your day‑to‑day will look like Safety Program Leadership - Own the execution of all warehouse safety processes, including daily, weekly, and monthly safety checklists, audits, and equipment inspections, while supporting overall warehouse operations. Training Compliance Management - Track, schedule, and ensure 100% on‑time completion of required safety trainings for all associates. Associate Partnership - Work directly with associates to complete training modules, reinforce safe behaviors, and answer safety‑related questions. PPE Oversight - Maintain PPE inventory, ensure availability, and verify proper use across the warehouse. Incident Prevention Support - Monitor the floor for unsafe conditions, escalate hazards, and partner with Operations Management on corrective actions. Accountability Partnership - Support leaders by providing documentation, observations, and coaching insights; while not issuing write‑ups, you will contribute to the accountability process. Safety Communication - Lead safety huddles, reinforce safety messages, and help maintain a positive, safety‑first culture. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work with Operations Managers, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure safety standards are upheld across all workflows. Warehouse Operations Support - Perform standard warehouse tasks as needed, such as material handling, inventory support, equipment operation, and general workflow assistance to meet operational demands. Operational Reporting - This role reports directly to Operations Management and supports both operational and safety objectives. At a minimum, you'll need 4 years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics , or a related environment Experience with Microsoft Office and digital training/compliance platforms It'd be great if you also have 2 years of experience in safety coordination, logistics, transportation, or inventory control Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence without formal authority Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in training and guiding associates Familiarity with OSHA standards , warehouse safety practices, or safety audit processes Bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus This job requires the ability to Lift up to 50 lbs. Walk the warehouse floor frequently and perform physical safety checks Support both safety initiatives and hands‑on warehouse operations as business needs shift Does this sound like you?
