[What the role is] Join us at IRAS and be part of Singapore's transformation of GST administration through e-invoicing. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will play a key role in policy formulation and implementation and stakeholder engagement for the GST InvoiceNow Requirement. At IRAS, you will have the opportunity to apply your tax and digital knowledge in a diverse range of tax administration fields, and play a vital role in shaping the future of tax administration. [What you will be working on] As part of the GST InvoiceNow (GIN) team, you will be involved in the following key areas: Develop and implement GST InvoiceNow policies. Work with Whole of Government partners to ensure ecosystem readiness and smooth implementation of e-invoicing. Handle industry and stakeholder queries on the GST InvoiceNow Requirement. Participate in engagements with key industry stakeholders and international counterparts on e-invoicing. Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance taxpayer compliance and operational effectiveness. [What we are looking for] We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of GST, tax administration, e-invoicing or regulatory policy implementation. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a structured and systematic approach to work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams. A curious mindset with the ability to question, probe, and improve existing policies and processes.
